Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the Accident & Health insurance sector, with a proven track record of success.
- Market Knowledge: Deep expertise in the Spanish A&H market, including a thorough understanding of key industry verticals and the regulatory environment.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to achieve business growth and secure strategic deals in sectors such as OEMs, Consumer Finance, Leisure Travel, Retail, Utilities, and FinTech’s.
- Relationship Management: Extensive experience in managing and nurturing relationships with top brokers and distribution partners, with a focus on driving sales and market penetration.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
